RANDALL CROSS — Founder | President

Randall has overseen the development of over 200 iPhone, iPad and Android Applications, 27 of which have been featured by Apple both on the front page of the App Store and in Apple Retail Stores all over the world. Randall also does many public speaking engagements and presentations to corporations on mobile strategy and application development and marketing.
Before founding Ethervision, Randall spent twelve years with MTV Networks helping bluechip clients develop strategic, national multi-platform media promotions. Specifically, Randall helped broker SpongeBob SquarePants onto Kellogg’s Cereal boxes, developed custom commercials to help Nintendo launch the wildly successful Wii Console and integrated The Kids’ Choice Awards into Wal-Mart Stores.
Randall received his MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern) with a concentration in Marketing.

AARON BASIL —Director of Development

Aaron was one of the first iPhone developers with three applications on the App Store at its inception. He and his team have published over 85 popular iPhone and iPad applications and have created many more for large corporations. Popular iPhone applications include RC Heli 2, Ladybug’s Bookshelf, Lakai, Baby Sign and Animal Farm.
Aaron is a top technical reviewer of Erica Sadun’s book, “The iPhone Developer’s Cookbook 3.0”. Aaron has overseen the development of applications for companies across many categories including medical, media, games (2D and 3D), social media, education, entertainment and publishing.

Mike is a visual communications specialist & marketing strategist with over twelve years of experience developing a wide range of digital media for healthcare, tech, action sports, retail and professional services companies. His comprehensive talents in digital media have provided him with the core knowledge needed to quickly adapt to new technologies and excel as both a creative and analytical professional.
Before Ethervision, Mike spent over 10 years developing digital communications and marketing skills while working for Chicago-area hospitals, physician groups and consulting firms. Mike was referenced in eHealthcare Strategy & Trends in an article about the use of widgets in online marketing in health 2.0.
