Brief
Midwest Tankermen fills and inspect huge ships in the midwest region. Each inspection was done using paper and a fax machine. Ethervision built a simple app where the tankerman could fill our the long form with taps of the finger while on the job or just after finishing. He could then track his hours and click one button to send the report to headquarters streamlining the whole operation.
