Search engine optimization is definitely a moving target but the great thing about it is that it makes sense. Sure Google might continue tweaking and refining the algorithms to the behest of SEO specialists, but it does so to weed out the sites out there that are trying to trick the system into thinking their page is more relevant than it is. I like that.
