I have been on LinkedIn since the early days.  Like most of us, I keep an account and accept requests from friends and colleagues to connect.  Going a bit beyond the basic user, I have linked by blog to LinkedIn and I update my status from time to time.  Still, until recently, I was only checking LinkedIn about once every two or three weeks.

Most business contacts I had, I would generally also connect with them in Facebook and use that as a primary means for keeping in contact.  Being an iPhone developer and video producer, Facebook is a perfect way to simply share my portfolio without clogging in-boxes.

However, lately I have become more active on LinkedIn.  I am participating more in the iPhone developer and marketing groups I belong to and I am updating my status more frequently.  Beyond recruiters and entrepreneurs, I don’t think LinkedIn is being used daily by the business masses yet, but I expect that to change soon.
